Every second at least 7,000 chemical reactions take place in each of the approximately

35 trillion cells of the human organism.

  These processes are controlled by a bioelectric-magnetic system. The nucleus of every cell is positively charged, whereas the cytoplasmic cell membrane is charged negatively, which generates a weak electromagnetic field. Physiological processes in the cells and tissues are accompanied by special vibrations, which induce an electromagnetic field. 

This is the main method of communication between cells. Each physiological process is accompanied by electromagnetic radiation, which is characterized by the vibration number of healthy cells and tissues.

 

 

 

Impaired cell function results in a change of the electromagnetic charge of the cell, and membrane potential decreases below 30 millivolt from 70-90 millivolt (e.g. the voltage of tumour cells is below 10-15 millivolt), i.e. the vibration number is changed. If this vibration number is successfully adjusted to the vibration number of healthy cells, remission happens.

However, cell membrane exhibits electromagnetic selectivity, and intercellular communication takes place through one certain region of the membrane, the so-called biological window. Besides electromagnetic effects, several other factors have an impact on biological processes. One such factor is the absorption, storage and emission of biophotons. Normal signal transduction is only possible through active biological windows.

The scalar energy fields within the cells also influence cell functions. Cellular bioelectric vibrations may be modified by molecules with specially prepared active substances, which, besides the molecular effect, can also modify the pathological vibrations in diseased cells. This revolutionary approach led to the development of phytoDyNAmic. Due to the trainability of plant crystals, one capsule can contain both vibrations that optimize electric interactions and active substances with a beneficial effect on the functioning of the organism. It is safe to say that phytoDyNAmic is not only an exceptional medicinal plant capsule, but also a telecommunications device for the cells.

PhytoDyNAmic is a bioorganic product of 100% plant origin. Measurements conducted by WESSLING, the renowned food safety laboratory have shown that raw materials used during production contain no harmful materials whatsoever (pesticides, fertilizers, sprays, narcotics, anabolic substances, stimulants, performance enhancing drugs, etc.) The test has unequivocally shown that plant components are not genetically modified.

Measurements led by Professor József Balla at B&B Analytics, a research laboratory at the Department of Chemistry at the Budapest University of Technology have shown that the exceptionally high amounts of vitamins and minerals in the capsule contain bioflavonoids and phytomelanin in their original purity. Plant components are not concentrates or extracts, and the purity of the selective and certified (validated) active substances meet the requirements of the current pharmacopoeia.

PhytoDyNAmic contains specially prepared, in some cases crystallizedactive substances: polyphenols (anthocyanidin), EGCG, flavone glucosides, phytomelanins, volatile substances (gingerol), silymarin, several fatty acids, unsaturated linoleic acid and oleic acids. Vitamins: Vitamins A, C, α and ? carotene, vitamin E. Elements Ca, Cu, Fe, Mg, Se and Zn are the trace elements present in the product in the highest amount.

The ingredients used in the capsule are imprinted biomagnetically. The special quantum physics procedure conveys data (information) to the plant crystals and active substances, and this information, once it is in the organism, can create charge balance in human cells.

This technology is the most effective known method so far for universal healing and for slowing down aging processes.

Laboratory tests on the antioxidant and cytotoxic effects of the phytoDyNAmic capsule and its effects on cell cycle, apoptosis and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzyme were conducted by the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology at the National Institute of Chemical Safety of the Semmelweis University, Budapest under the supervision of professor Gyula Sebestyén and Dr Zoltán Marcsek, PhD.

 

Study of the effects of phytoDyNAmic on antioxidant capacity

 

Antioxidants are compounds that can neutralize free radicals. Free radicals are molecules or parts of molecules with at least one unpaired electron on their outer electron shell. These steal electrons from other compounds to find a pair. When an oxygen atom loses its electrons, it causes cell damage. When present in a usual amount, free radicals are part of the body’s defense mechanism, as they form compounds with antibacterial, anticoagulant and blood pressure regulating effect. Too many free radicals lead to diseases. phytoDyNAmic acts as a shield against free radicals.

Free radical scavenging capacity was determined by luminescence method, which is based on the excitation of luminol. A larger decrease in luminol indicates an increased free radical scavenging capacity. The measurement of solutions of phytoDyNAmic of different concentrations showed that higher concentration means higher free radical scavenging capacity. The second part of the study examined the antioxidant effect on living liver tumour cells. Living tumour cell cultures were treated with solutions of phytoDyNAmic of different concentrations. phytoDyNAmic solutions of higher concentration resulted in an extraordinary 23-29% antioxidant capacity.

In summary, phytoDyNAmic has an antioxidant effect and improves total free radical scavenging capacity. In a human cell system it significantly increases the antioxidant capacity of HepG2 cells (liver tumour) over the dose range of 89-375 μg/ml.    

 

The cytotoxic (tissue proliferation inhibitory) effect of phytoDyNAmic

 

Cytotoxicity is defined as cell damage due to external factors, which leads to the degradation of cell components and finally to non-programmed cell death. This effect is studied on normal tissue or tumour tissue cultures in a Petri dish. In the course of the study, liver tumour cultures were treated with solutions of phytoDyNAmic of different concentrations. A low concentration solution had no effect on the percentage of viable cells. The proportion of living cells decreased to 55%, 36%, 28% as compared to the control when the dosage of phytoDyNAmic was increased. To destroy 50% of the cancer cells (EC50 value), a concentration of 725,6 μg/mol is required. (For a body weight of 70 kg this equals 6 capsules per day.) Following a 96-hour cell starvation period, EC50 was reached with a significantly higher concentration, which implicates that phytoDyNAmic is more toxic to dividing cell populations.

 

Study of the effect of phytoDyNAmic on cell cycles in human tumour cell line with flow cytometry

   

 

By staining liver tumour cells with bromodeoxyuridine or propidium iodide the percentage of S-phase, apoptotic and necrotic cell fractions may be determined for the cell proliferation. Using proper storage, cells were propagated in liquid medium and the apoptotic effect was studied first.
Programmed cell death (PCD) or apoptosis
Apoptosis is genetically determined. The process involves cell shrinkage, DNA and nuclear degradation and the fragmentation of cell constructs and cytoplasm (apoptotic body). The membrane is undamaged. Apoptosis is important for organ formation and the recycling of degraded cellular material. Dead cells have functions as well, e.g. squamous epithelium.

 

S phase

 

DNA is synthesized during the interphase. The important process of replication occurs in the S phase, when every molecule of the DNA is replicated. The two halves are strictly identical, the number and distribution of centrioles is also even. The replication cycle in the S phase is about 8 hours. If the S phase is disabled, there is no division. At certain stages of the cycle, at the so-called checkpoints, molecular mechanisms only allow the process to continue if the processes of the phase have been completed and the heritable material is undamaged at the major checkpoints: at the endpoints of the G1S phase, at the end of the G2 phase and in the M phase.

 

Study of the antiapoptotic (apoptosis inhibitory) effect

 

Tumour cells may be starved (deprived of medium) in cell cultures, which induces apoptosis (programmed cell death) in part of the cells. The so-called anti-apoptotic compounds can direct the cells at the early stages of apoptosis back to the cell cycle. Depending on the concentration, phytoDyNAmic can increase apoptosis tenfold, i.e. the number of cells forced into apoptosis is ten times higher compared to the control after propidium iodide staining. S phase cells may be stained by anti-bromodeoxyuridine antibodies and their number may be determined by flow cytometry. The change in the proportion of S phase cells were studied by adding phytoDyNAmic solutions of different concentrations. After the treatment it was found that even the lowest dosage of phytoDyNAmic decreased the proportion of S phase cells by 50% as compared to the control. As the concentration was increased, the proportion of S phase cells decreased to 3-1%.
The studies have clearly shown that increasing dosage of phytoDyNAmic destroys tumour cells proportionally through increasing apoptosis, while drastically decreasing the number of S phase (dividing) cells.

 

Study of the effect of phytoDyNAmic on superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzyme activity

 

Antioxidant enzymes in the organism play a very important role in maintaining biological balance. Such enzymes are glutathione reductase, glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase. Dismutation is defined as two equal but opposite reactions occurring on two separate molecules. In case of two superoxide molecules SOD takes the additional electron from one molecule and places it in the other. An electron-deficient normal O2 is generated at one end, while at the other end an extra electron is added to the molecule. The O2- with the extra electron quickly takes two H+ ions to form hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). SOD has been shown to be linked to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's disease), a neurodegenerative disease resulting in the selective death of neurons in the brain and in the spinal cord and increasing paralysis.

 

 

 

The most important functions of SOD

 

Superoxide dismutase is an enzyme in the human organism that quenches and neutralizes superoxide anions (oxygen anions, O2-) and prevents and repairs oxidative damage (e.g. in DNA, proteins and lipids). SOD converts the reactive oxide ion (O2-) to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), which breaks down to water in a catalase reaction (2H2O2 = 2H2O + O2).

A 4 hour treatment with phytoDyNAmic significantly increased the SOD enzyme activity in both cell lines (MCF7 breast cancer and HepG2 liver tumour). Extended 24-hour phytoDyNAmic treatment increased the SOD enzyme activity of MCF7 cells, while measurements showed that SOD enzyme activity was maintained in HepG2 cells.

 

The effects of phytoDyNAmic on the aging processes

 

Aging, as a physiological process, occurs on cellular level basically. The combined effect of several factors leads to the changes of the aging human body. Research has shown that aging is closely linked to the hypophysis, the hypothalamus, the endocrine system, the increased number of free radicals and the disappearance of telomerase. Cell aging is controlled by the telomere system, while the aging of organs is controlled by the neuroendocrine system. phytoDyNAmic has a beneficial effect on several molecular processes related to the aging of cells and organs. By increasing the amount of SOD, inhibiting mutation and with its antioxidant vitamin components, it can eliminate the damaging, extreme oxidant effect of free radicals, the unprotected mitochondrial DNA and DNA replication disorders. Its inhibitory effect on vascular disorders and tumour growth also influences the major complications of aging and thus lengthens life. Experience shows that phytoDyNAmic inhibits the development of aging-associated diseases: asthma, allergy, diabetes, atherosclerosis (arteriosclerosis), high blood pressure (hypertension), Alzheimer’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

The history of Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) and its development is illustrated as a tree.
Unlike other living organisms, trees are constantly growing. This is especially true in the case of our PDT tree, which is continually growing and never ceases to develop.


The roots of the PDT tree represent the origins of PDT, which started out as heliotherapy (light therapy) and dates back to Ancient Egypt, India, and China.
The development of PDT, symbolized by the trunk, started out when PDT was reintroduced by Arnold Rikli and ends with the approval of the first PDT drug in 1999.
PDT involves three key components: a photosensitizer (PS), a light source, and tissue oxygen.

 

The branches of the PDT tree portray this definition of PDT, the different photosensitizers, light sources, and oxygen, along with the products of this combination, which
are the various oncological and non-oncological applications.

Summary


It is clear that due to its active components, with proper dosage phytoDyNAmic has a uniquely beneficial effect on the biochemical physiological processes of a number of diseases. Besides imprinting, the antioxidant effect and the free radical scavenging ability of the product are also important in slowing down cellular aging.

  • Recommended dosage: for prevention, up to 65-70 kg body weight, 1-2 capsules per day is enough.
  • For existing, less severe conditions (up to 65-70 kg body weight) 3-4 capsules per day i.e. 3x1 or 2x2 capsules are recommended.
  • In more severe conditions (up to 65-70 kg body weight) 4-6 capsules per day (2x2 or 3x2 capsules per day) are necessary.
  • It is important to gradually increase the dosage every week until the recommended dosage is reached, provided the patient’s condition allows enough time for this. In more urgent conditions, apply the recommended dosage immediately.

Distribute the daily dosage evenly during waking hours if possible. Make sure fluid intake is appropriate, i.e. at least 4 dl clean water per 10 kg of body weight. Provide an adequate amount and quality of nutrients. Physical exercise is very important to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation. If there is no other way, medical exercise therapy, massage and physiotherapy treatments are necessary. Do not forget about mental health either.

These claims reflect my experience, the results of my research and the study reports and data by Semmelweis University and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
Based on the above and considering the recovery of several thousand patients, it can be stated that the universal mechanism of action of phytoDyNAmic has an effect on the functioning of diseased cells and the electromagnetic vibrations of defective cells. It contains natural active substances and several, often fatal diseases may be prevented and cured if it is taken regularly.

Head of the department of tumour pathology at the National Institute of Oncology from 1986, later director of the Institute. In 1996 he obtained a doctoral degree in medicine. In 1997 he was granted his habilitation and was appointed private university professor. President of the Hungarian Oncological Association since 1997. He spent 15 month in the Ben May Laboratory in Chicago, US, where he conducted research on breast cancer, namely immunohistochemical detection of steroid receptors. He introduced this method, and later HER-2 testing in Hungary.

He has been awarded the József Baló medallion, the Krompacher medallion, the Pro Patiente golden ring, the Batthyány-Strattman award and the George Weber award for his outstanding achievement in diagnostics and research. He was a member of the Oncology Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, the College of Pathologists, the board of directors of the Hungarian Oncological Association and the International Academy of Pathology. IAP awarded him for his pioneering work in breast pathology. Several European universities base their programs on his notes.
